In July we started collecting Wild Cherry seeds from Crawfordsburn Country Park and our own orchard in the nursery. We said ‘Goodbye’ to Jon and are awaiting new arrivals in September.

| For a few days we went to Derry to work with a group of Italians. We showed them some invasive plants in Northern Ireland, their impact and methods to eliminate them. As well, we went to visit some interested places around Derry. |

| We can enjoy free live music every Sunday (during July and August) in Ward Park (Bangor). Just a five minutes from the Volunteer’s house! |

Last weekend we visited Javier in Newcastle and walked around the Mourne Mountains.
