A fab way to get more veg into fussy eaters! Use chunky root veggies to make a mixed mash.
Some suggestions:
- potato, carrot & parsnip
- cauliflower & potato
- potato, carrot, swede
- pumpkin, potato & carrot
- sweet potato & pumpkin
For this step by step, I used potato, carrot, and cauliflower. You could also use beetroot, celeriac, turnip, and brocolli.
