Tuesday
Back to North Berwick for the final stone work yeay!!! And a lot of barrowing and moving gravel up and down the hill. The sun was shining and made people…me..a bit lethargic and made hard work or carrying lots and lots of gravel.
The last revetment was very exciting with finding the perfect stones, from our limited stock that we had left, to fit in perfect harmony. Well done to Anna, Craig and Rob who were not phased by this challenge and made a perfect fit.
Wednesday
No idea what happened today but I am sure fun was had by all at North Berwick.
Thursday
Littering picking was the order of the day, with Morrison’s Haven getting a clean up. Massive amounts of litter were picked up from all along the path edges and foreshore. Despite the brilliant sunshine a cold wind made it a bit chilly, but luckily the sheltered area of the old harbour and the brilliant find of a discarded beachball were all that was needed for a lunchtime kick about. Man of the match award goes to John, who seemed to always be sitting in just the wrong spot.
