This step by step is ideal for a lunch. You could also make it and then put it in a wrap. In a wrap I use mushed avocado instead of mayo but you might prefer salad cream!
If you are feeling adventurous you could also make your own falafel, but I used shop-bought. You can grow most of this meal yourself. I grew:
Nasturtium, lettuce, calendula (English marigold) flower, cornflower, mizuna (salad leaf similar to rocket), spring onion, chives, radish, and carrot.
