Here at TCV Birmingham we teach people how to grow food at our Green Gym sites across Birmingham. We also host Eating Well for Less cookery classes. These focus on one meal at a time, and at these we also share information about living a healthier lifestyle.
Unfortunately we are not able to do these face to face sessions at the moment, so we have made some step by step recipe cards instead! These are easy to follow and available for free. Some are based on sessions that we have done, and some are other meals that are just quick and easy to make.
We are going to post these on this blog, so that they are easy to find and forward onto other people. Please share them far and wide! You can also find them on our social media pages:

First up – Mint Tea!
The first one is for a refreshing drink that can be made with mint and herb leaves from the garden. I used mint, but you can use different types of mint, and maybe add other herbs such as lemon verbena, lemon (or orange) balm, sage, or chamomile.
