The usual Tuesday morning activity saw the GG at Conon Bridge again removing more Himalayan Balsam from the riverbanks. Sadly-due to an as yet unidentified cause-I had to remain at the office and do less strenuous work as I had a VERY upset tummy. Nuff said. On her return, Karen informed me that there is probably just enough HB remaining to keep us busy for a couple more visits this year. Given the amount present when I arrived at Munlochy and the huge swathes Ullie and the gang had tackled prior to that, I think we can all be rightly proud of ourselves.
No doubt, it being a tenacious little blighter and all, there will be some present next year to keep us on our toes.
