Last Wednesday we were at Flanders Moss deconstructing an old footbridge and installing a shiny new one. Or at least that was the plan until the track barrow we were using got stuck down a ditch and took half the day to get out of the mud.

But we made a start to the new bridge at least and everyone came out looking 10 years younger from the mud bath.
Last week we also finished the steps at Newtyle which we had initially started back in July. It’s just slightly north of Dundee so it’s quite a journey from Stirling but it’s worth it for the nice views and nicking raspberries.
