Hey everyone, because I’ve been forgetting to update the blog, I thought I’d add some random photos of 2 different sites we have been working on through September as a wee treat. One of the sites was Dawsholm park (or dogshome park as we like to call it) Where we were weeding a section and moving a heap of mud. Glasgow City Council are hoping to make the part we were working on the new main entrance to the park! The aim is to make it look really pretty, so we were doing this in hope that on a later date the council wil plant lots of colourful wildflowers here.
The other site that we were working on was Robroyston Park where we have been clearing Willow trees. We were doing this for the frendly wee birdies to they don’t need to feel threatened when they come to visit the pond. Now that the trees are gone they don’t need to worry about predators!
